Ok...if you go down to posting options...look down at the bottom of your page when you're creating the post. If you select the posting options you can specify what the date and time say.
If you happen to start a post, but then save it for later, it will post by the original date unless you change it. For example...you started one Friday at 5pm, ADD strikes and you get back to it and post it Monday (having crawled out of your Packer Pity Party) and when you post it it will go back to Friday.
